Ingredients

  • 3 c fresh basil

  • 1 c extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic

  • ¼ c walnuts (or pine nuts)

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 c shredded Locatelli (or Parmesan)

  • 1 c shredded Locatelli (or Parmesan)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor & mix for 30 seconds. That’s it!
